Faith Mission Outreach is a “Ministry of Compassion” toward the underserved and under-resourced people of Russellville, Alabama and the surrounding counties of North West Alabama. Being a “City-Minded’ ministry, Faith Mission Outreach recognizes the Apostolic directive and order toward those in need by meeting their spiritual and physical requirements. Our mission is for the community to observe “Faith through Sharing”, which is the power of the Gospel combined with good deeds. The Power Of The Gospel Combined With Selfless Service Faith Mission Outreach has a passion for bringing the hope of Jesus to those in need by forming relationships that will transform lives and cities. Currently we are engaged in developing an Inner-City Mission that will re-ignite some of the founding heart cries and ministries of the early church by stepping over denominational lines and bringing the Church of Russellville together, through the power of Servant Evangelism. We recognize the common thread of love that is inter-woven through the hearts of those who recognize Jesus as their Lord. Our call is to make a difference in the lives of people around us, in our communities, and our cities by uniting with common love for Jesus and our City, not around Theology. Paul wrote to the Philippians, “ Make my joy complete by being of the same mind, maintaining the same love, united in the Spirit, intent on one purpose”.
